INSTALLATION:
- Remove the factory grille emblem, drill a 5mm hole under the emblem to run the power wire through it, apply silicon to the bottom of the emblem and attach it to the grille, use zip ties to secure it in place until the silicon hardens, extend power wires to a fog lights power wire (+/-), so the grille led light will only be on when the fogs are on. Alternatively you can wire it to the headlight fuse using a fuse tap.
LIVE IN A CLIMATE WITH COLD WINTER?
- Use a Rust-Oleum Painters Touch CLEAR spray and coat the emblem at lest 3x to prevent it from rock chips and film damage due to sever cold in which the chrome film may shrivel.
