H11 E4X LED Series is a great upgrade for drivers who worry about having LEDs that are too bright. Each H11 bulb produces 5300 lumens and 30W of power. They definitely provide more light than the aging halogen bulbs, but not too much to blind the oncoming traffic.

NOTE:
- This kit cannot be used on a 2014 Dodge Caravan with anti-flicker decoders because of space limitations inside the headlight. Once the bulb and decoder are connected, the bulb cannot be turned to lock it in the headlight. It's recommended to use an LED kit with an external driver attached by a cable to the bulb to fit the LED and anti-flicker decoder into the headlight.
