Use these capacitors when aftermarket LED headlights flicker due to vehicle's pulse power signal (ex. Dodge vehicles). Capacitors absorb the pulse signal and release constant power signal to LED headlights, eliminating flickering problems.

These units reduced the led bulb flicker/pulsing in "daytime running mode" to an almost unnoticeable state. I can live with this.
