RETURNS

We 100% guarantee that all our HID kits, LED kits, and LED products work when they are shipped out. Photos of each item working (turned ON) are included in every shipment and stored in a database along with your receipt. Please note, that once any product is installed, it automatically becomes a non-returnable and non-refundable item. If product fails within its specified warranty, a replacement product will be sent out. See section below titled "How do I replace an item under warranty". In special cases you may be able to return products you purchased in exchange for a full credit in our online store, but only if the returned product is in the original undamaged packaging and is in its original undamaged condition not showing any sign of being installed. A request for credit MUST be made in writing and within 1 week of receiving the product. If the product shows any signs of being installed then the credit will be declined and the product will be returned to you.

HOW DO I REPLACE AN ITEM UNDER WARRANTY?

First of all, contact us by email, text, or telephone. Tell us what the problem is so we can assist you. You may be required to take photos and video of the product before a replacement is sent out. If an LED headlight, LED bulb, or any part of an LED/HID kit fail within their warranty period, we will provide you with a free replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for warranty items.

D.O.T. INFORMATION / HID VISION DISCLAIMER

The use of aftermarket LED or HID lights may not be legal in your province and it is up to you to check with the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) prior to installing HID or LED lights in a vehicle that is not originally equipped with them. OEM HID lighting systems that are supplied with the vehicles from the factory are D.O.T. approved. Aftermarket LED or HID lighting systems are not D.O.T. approved.

Therefore, all LED or HID light kits sold on this site are designated for "off-road or exhibition use only", except for Jeep headlights, 4x6 and 5x7 LED headlights, which have DOT stamp printed on the lens.

What makes HID conversion kits illegal is that the halogen head lamp housings are not designed to cut-off the HID light properly, and hence, there is danger of blinding oncoming traffic. Upgrading to projector headlamps has been suggested as one way of being able to use HID headlights in vehicles not originally equipped with them. However, you should still check with your local police department before upgrading your lights.

We are not responsible for customers who violate the terms of sale in which they will assume all responsibilities for any unauthorized or unintended use other than off-road or exhibition use.
